Danny Joe Williams, 71, of Russellville, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2025, at his home. He was born in Louisville, on Oct. 4, 1954 to the late Roy Williams and Thetes Diana Smith Williams. He was a retired Air Force Veteran, an electrician, a member of the Russellville Lions Club and a Ham Radio Operator.
He is survived by his son, Roy Brian Williams (Dianne) of Clarksville; his brothers, Tony Williams of Portland, Ore., Rocky Williams of Elkton and Kenneth Herndon of Lexington; his sisters, Diana Mae Gibbs of Bowling Green and Gail Owens and Beverly Jean Kinney, both of Russellville; and his grandchildren, Talia Koeser, John Koeser, Max Williams and Belle Williams.
Funeral services for Danny Joe Williams will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, in Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville. There will be no visitation prior to the service. Summers and Son Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
