Charlene Mallory, 80, of Belton, died on Sunday, April 26, 2015, at her home in Belton.
She was born Thursday, April 25, 1935 in Muhlenberg County, the daughter of the late Melvin Penrod and the late Gertrude Bradley Penrod. She was the wife of the late Tommy Mallory.
She was a homemaker, Avon dealer, and member of Union Ridge General Baptist Church.
Surviving are her sons, John Mallory, Rondall Mallory and Chris Mallory, all of Belton; her sisters, Faye Farmer of Russellville, Ann Putnam and Diane Grayson. Both of Greenville’ Kathy King of Belton and Pam Buchannon of Beechmont; and nine grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her brother, Donnie Penrod; her sister, Linda Smith, and her grandchild, Seth Thomas Mallory.
A funeral service will be at 6 p.m. on Wednesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc., located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg,with the Rev. Leamon Mefford officiating. Memorial contributions may be sent to Union Ridge Cemetery Fund c/o Leamon Mefford Belton, KY 42324.
The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m., and again after 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Price Funeral Home.
