Edith Ethelene Slaughter, 94, of Lewisburg, Kentucky passed away on Monday, Feb. 16, 2026, at Creekwood Nursing and Rehab in Russellville. She was born Sunday, September 20, 1931, the daughter of the late Claude Willis and the late Laura Rager Willis. She was the wife of the late Estel Melrose Slaughter.
Edith was a homemaker and was a member of Wileys Chapel United Methodist Church.
Surviving is her brother, Loyd Willis, of Lewisburg.
She was preceded in death by her other two brothers, Elton Willis and Delmes Willis.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 20, at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, with Bro. Travis Bryan officiating. Interment will be in New Cedar Grove Cemetery located in Elkton.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday at Price Funeral Home, Inc.
