Franklin “Rod” Castile, 62, of Auburn, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2026 at his home. He was born in Russellville on Feb. 6, 1964 to the late Franklin Lee Castile and Betty Jean Hyams Castile. He was a production worker for Glazier Glass Company.
He is survived by his son, Erik Castile and wife Jennifer of Russellville; his daughter, Jessica Gossom and husband Jason of Auburn; his brother, Ronnie Castille and wife Dawn of Olmstead; his sister, Patricia Cole of Russellville; his grandchildren, Jace Castile, Noah Rust and Addye Davenport; and his great-grandchild, Kohen Hoots.
Graveside services for Franklin “Rod” Castile were conducted on Monday, March 9, at Dripping Spring Cemetery with Bro. Kenny Chyle officiating. Summers and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
