Barry Felts, 62, of Bellaire Drive, Auburn, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2015 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. He was a Logan County native, born April 14, 1953 to the late Bolin Felts and Ida Moore Felts. He was Primer Mixing Room Operator with Berry Plastics.
He is survived by his son ~ Staff Sgt. Jason Felts and wife Trina ~ Austin, Ark.; his sister ~ Anna Tinch ~ Bowling Green; and his grandsons ~ Brycen Felts and Austin Felts ~ Arkansas.
Funeral services for Barry Felts will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 27, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Maxie Brawner officiating with burial to follow in Chandlers Chapel Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be Tuesday, May 26, from 4-8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 8 a.m. until the service hour of 11 a.m.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the National Down Syndrome Society. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
