Corey Romines, 24, of Russellville, who was born March 23, 2002, passed away on Sept. 26, 2026.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jamie Romines; his grandmother, Beka Wilson; his great-grandmother, Pearl Wilson; and his uncle, Khris Bennett.
He is survived by his mother, Stephanie Romines; his sisters, Daniele (JaRell) Owens and Jamie-Ruby (Dominique) Averitt; his nieces, Nevaeh, Kenyele, Anyiah Dakota, Alara and Remi; and his nephews, Major and Greyson.
He was loved by many more family and friends. Corey was a beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He was a huge collector of movies. Not only did he love Disney and Pixar, but he was also a huge fan of Adam Sandler, and he loved all of the Fast and the Furious movies. He also enjoyed playing Xbox as well as Pac-Man, Saints Row Third and Super Mario Brothers. Corey had a love of listening to all genres of music but especially old school music. His favorite foods were chicken nuggets, fries, his mom's burgers and BBQ. He was a meat and potato kind of guy. He will be very missed by all who knew him.
