Joseph Wayne Lear, 44, of Lewisburg, died on Saturday, June 13, 2015, at the Heartford House in Owensboro. He was born Sunday, June 6, 1971 in Christian County, the son of the late Wayne Lear and Shirley Covington Shoemake of Lewisburg, who survives. He was a logger.
Also surviving are his fiancée, Lisa Jo Moore of Russellville; his sons, Derrick Lear of Lewisburg and Brock Lear of Dunmor; his daughter, Carly Lear of Lewisburg; his brother, Paul Ford of Clifty; his sister, Sarah Lear of Lewisburg; and five grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, June 15, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg. There will be no funeral service.
