Billy Dean Head, 83, of Russellville, died on Sunday, June 28, 2015, at his home. He was born Friday, March 11, 1932 in Russellville, Kentucky, the son of the late William Frank Head and the late Georgia Mae Head.
He was a laborer for Roy's Bar-B-Que.
He was an Army Veteran in the Korean War and a member of New Vision Community Church.
Surviving are his sister, Margaret Sims (Wayne) of Bardstown; his nephews, Stephen Wayne Sims of Bardstown and Scott Franklin Sims (Rachel) of Louisville; his great-nephews, Ashton Sims and Sawyer Sims of Louisville; and his great-niece, Hadley Sims of Louisville. He was predeceased by brothers, Robert Dale Head and Freddie Head.
A funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Bro. Brad Rogers officiating. Interment will be in Frank Head Cemetery.
The family will receive friends after 4 p.m. on Monday, June 29, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg.
