Dannie C. Jarvis Sr., 68, of Cleaton, Ky., passed away Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015 at his daughter’s home in Adairville. He was born in Greenville on Aug. 30, 1947 to the late Victor D. Jarvis and Addie Harper Jarvis. He was an Army veteran and a tool & die machinist.
He is survived by his sons ~ Dannie C. Jarvis Jr. and wife Kristie and James Lee Jarvis ~ both of Franklin; his daughter ~ Connie Stevenson and husband Jackie ~ Adairville; his brothers ~ Donald Jarvis, Douglas Jarvis and Eddie Jarvis ~ all of Indiana and Milton Jarvis ~ Illinois; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Dannie C. Jarvis Sr. will be conducted at 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30 at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Sexton officiating.
Visitation at the funeral home on Friday will begin at 1 p.m. and last until the service hour of 6 p.m.
