Pamela Yates Belcher, 61, of Russellville, formerly of Lewisburg, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was a Logan County native born March 15, 1955 to the late L. D. Harper and Annie Pearl Houchens Pursley and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her step-son ~ Gary Yates ~ Morgantown; her step-daughter ~ Vickie Davis ~ Russellville; her half-sisters ~ Carolyn White ~ Russellville, and Mary Alice Kempler ~ Goodlettsville; her grandchildren ~ Dalton Yates and Sidney Davis; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her half-brother, Johnny Glenn Gidcumb, her sister, Debra Spivey, and her half-sister, Janie Price.
Funeral services for Pamela Yates Belcher will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 3, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with burial in Berea Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be held Thursday, June 2, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. until the service hour of 11 a.m.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the American Diabetes Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
