Kenneth Dale Hines, 52, of North Breathitt Street, Russellville, passed away Monday, July 18, 2016 at Logan Memorial Hospital. He was a Logan County native, born March 8, 1964 to the late Henry Bland and Irene Boyd Hines. He worked in the water department for the City of Russellville and was a member of Northside Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife ~ Regina Hines; his daughter ~ Kristen Tyler ~ Russellville; his brothers ~ George Hines and Johnny Hines ~ both of Russellville, Clarence Hines ~ Bowling Green, and William Bland ~ Springfield, Tenn.; his sisters ~ Deloris Morris and Lillie Richards ~ both of Russellville; and his aunt ~ June Lewis ~ Russellville.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Allison Hines Walker.
Funeral services for Kenneth Dale Hines will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 22, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Keith Burnett, Bishop James Bell, Chris Kramer and Rev. Donnie Bland officiating with burial to follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be from 11 a.m. on Friday until the service hour at 1 p.m.
Friends may take food to the KP Hall after 2 p.m. on Friday.
