Beverly Piper, 79, of Morgantown Road, Russellville, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2016 at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He was a Logan County native born Jan. 12, 1937 to the late Henry Beverly Piper Sr. and Beatrice Page Piper. He was a farmer and a director for the Dairyman Association for many years and was a member of Crittenden Drive Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife ~ Shelby Jean Hinchee Piper; his sons ~ Barry Piper ~ Olmstead, and Bradley Piper and wife Kay ~ Allensville; his step-son ~ Tim Smith ~ Bowling Green; his step-daughters ~ Kelley Steenbergen and husband Ronnie ~ Russellville, and Shelly Dillard and husband Bob ~ Bowling Green; his brother ~ George Robert “Bob” Piper ~ Olmstead; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his sister,  Martha Lillian Holliday.

Funeral Services for Beverly Piper will be conducted at noon on Friday, Sept. 16, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Frank Dockins and Scott Harp officiating with burial to follow in Russellville Memorial Gardens. Visitation at the funeral home will be held Thursday until 8 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. until the service hour at noon.

Pallbearers – Tim Smith, Zach Smith, Bob Dillard, Ronnie Steenbergen, Mitch Johnson and Bobby Dillard.
