Ronnie Massingille, 71, of Wildwood Drive, Russellville, passed away Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016 at his home. He was born in Pineville, Ky. on July 20, 1945 to the late Arlo Massingille and Evelyn Disney Massingille.
He was a service manager with Shipp Implement, and then worked in sales for H & R AgriPower and Hutson Inc. He was a member of Post Oak Baptist Church, the Lions Club and the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels.
He is survived by his wife ~ June Massingille; his daughters ~ Jeri Taylor and husband Mike ~ New Smyrna Beach, Fla., and Susan Alexander and husband Loyd ~ Spring Hill, Tenn.; his brother ~ Allen Massingille ~ Brentwood, Tenn., his sister ~ Fawnda Walters ~ Jeffersonville, Ind.; and four granddaughters.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Ben Lee Massingille; his brother, Jerry Massingille; and his sister, Arla McCoy.
Funeral Services for Ronnie Massingille will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 26, at Post Oak Baptist Church with Bro. Brian Jackson and Bro. Nick Stamps officiating with burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation at Post Oak Baptist Church will be Monday from 11 a.m. until the service hour of 2 p.m.
