Euline Parrish, 93 of Shelbyville, Tenn., formerly of Russellville, passed away Monday, Oct. 31, 2016 at The Waters of Shelbyville in Tennessee. She was a Logan County native, born Sept. 29, 1923 to the late Gustie Lee Wagoner and Fannie Sherfield Wagoner. She was a homemaker and member of the Pentecostal Chapel.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Bernie Parrish; her sons, Mark Parrish and Jerry Parrish’ her daughter, Joyce Wheat; her brother, E. L. Wagoner; and her sisters, Ola Estis and Jewell Thompson.
She is survived by her son ~ Ken Parrish and wife Mary ~ Wartrace, Tenn.; her brother ~ O. K. Wagoner ~ Auburn; her grandchildren ~ Eric Wheat, Beth Elliott, Alisa Starks and Marcie Bolin; 11 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Euline Parrish will be conducted Thursday, Nov. 3, at 11 a.m. at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Gene Bagby and Bro. Glenn Forsee officiating with burial to follow in the First General Baptist Cemetery.
Visitation at the funeral home will be held Wednesday, Nov. 2, from 5-8 p.m. and Thursday, from 8 a.m. until the service hour of 11.
