Carolyn Sue Spivey, 68, of Lewisburg, died on Sunday, Nov. 13, 2016, at Auburn Health Care in Auburn.
She was born Thursday, Dec. 11, 1947 in Drakesboro, and was the daughter of the late Kenneth Baugh and the late Mary Gibbs Baugh. She was the wife of Alvin Spivey, who survives.
She was a seamstress for Red Kap Industries and a member of the Lewisburg Church of Christ.
Also surviving are her sons, John Spivey (Cindy) and Phillip Spivey (Laura), both of Lewisburg; her daughter, Melissa Miller (Charles) of Chandlers Chapel; her brothers, Kenneth Earl Baugh of Houston, Texas, Jerry Baugh of Utica, and James Baugh; her sisters, Mary-Ann Slingerlend of Evansville, Ind., Cindie Etienne of Evansville, Ky. and Janice Anderson of Morgantown; five grandchildren, four step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and three great-step-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, with the Patrick Kerstiens officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery.
The family will receive friends after 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19, at Price Funeral Home.
