Alice F. Woodward, 68, of Russellville, passed away Sunday, Jan. 1, 2017 at the Deaconess Hospice Care Center in Evansville.
Alice was born December 10, 1948 in Russellville to the late Paul and Lucille (McCraw) Woodward. Alice enjoyed volunteering for bingo day at local nursing homes.
Surviving Alice are her children, John “Tony” Forgy, Filesha Forgy and Wendy (Eli) Freeman, all of Evansville; her siblings, Barbara (Kenneth) Duncan and Patricia Lashley, both of Morgantown, Ray Woodward and Brenda Powell, both of Russellville, Lewis (Robyn) Woodward of Dunmor, Donnie (Sandra) Woodward of Russellville, Peggy Shelton of Lewisburg and Stevie (Renee) Woodward of Russellville; her grandchildren, Jeremy Forgy, Samantha Williams, Stacey Forgy, Lyndia Forgy, Dillon Forgy, Erika Freeman, Ethen Freeman and Martin Adams; her great-grandchildren, Jace, Braxtine, Brentley, Wyatt, Waylin, Kaydence, Maddix, Bradyn, Cierra, Leland, Brantley, Leanna and James; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Alice was preceded in death by a brother, Paul D. Woodward.
There will be a memorial service held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 7, at Chandlers Chapel United Methodist Church, 7760 Chandlers Road, Auburn.
