Patsy B. Brown, 97, of Watermelon Road, Olmstead, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2017 at the Hickory Hill Alzheimer’s Special Care Center in Hendersonville, Tenn. She was born Jan. 22, 1920 in Frankfort to the late William Thomas Green and Gertrude Watts Green. She was a homemaker, a seamstress and member of the Woodlawn Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Harreld Brown, and her infant son, David Brown.
She is survived by her son ~ Robert Michael Brown and wife Donna ~ Lewisburg; her daughters ~ Linda Harlan and husband Joe Michael ~ Russellville, Jane Wilson and husband Jeff ~ Gallatin, andPatsy Jo ‘Jodi’ Stuart and husband Robert ~ Russellville; her brother ~ David Green ~ Lawrenceburg’ 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services for Patsy B. Brown will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 26, at Beechland Cemetery with Bro. Sam Romines officiating. Visitation at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home will be held Tuesday, April 25, from 4-8 p.m.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to Woodlawn Baptist Church or Adoration Hospice. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home and cemetery.
