William Roy Mallory, 86, of Penrod, died on Monday, Aug. 14, 2017, at Baptist Health of Madisonville in Madisonville. He was born Thursday, Aug. 6, 1931 in Penrod, the son of the late Roy Mallory and the late Mabel Walker Mallory. He was the husband of the late Alice Carter Mallory.
He was a retired machinist from Caterpillar. He served in the Navy and was a Veteran of Korea.
Surviving are his son, Roy ‘Doug’ Mallory of Deltona, Fla.; his daughters, Maritza Adams of Madisonville and Patsy Mallory of Calvert City; his brother, Roger Gail Mallory, of Paducah; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen with no services. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Central City. Memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice of Western Kentucky 3419 Wathens Crossing, Owensboro 42301.
