Guy Maurice Gibson, age 86 of Dayton, Ohio passed away in Dayton on Friday March 21, 2014. He was born in Gus, Ky. on Jan. 12, 1928 to the late Roscoe and Lydia (McPherson) Gibson.Survivors include his wife, Macie Mildred (Staples) Gibson of Dayton; son, Larry Gale Gibson of Pawleys Island, S.C.; and 2 sisters, Carolyn May and Mary Cannon both of Owensboro. He was also preceded in death by two sons, Maurice Wayne (Morris) Gibson and Gerald Dean (Jerry) Gibson, and his brother, William Gibson.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 28, at Price Funeral Home, Inc. in Lewisburg with Rev. Bob Davis officiating. Visitation will begin after 11 a.m. on Friday March 28. Interment will be in the Dunmor Cemetery.
