Wilma Dean Harrell, 81, of Russellville, passed away on Monday, Dec. 18, 2017 at the Signature Health Care in Bowling Green. She was a Logan County native, born Sept. 23, 1936 to the late Henry Gant and Alma Wells Gant. She was the office manager for Red Kap for many years. She was a member of the Green Ridge Cumberland Presbyterian Church and a member of the Eastern Star.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Harrell, and a brother, Charles Gant.
She is survived by her son, Roger Harrell and wife Altricia of Russellville; her brother, Leon Gant of Russellville; her grandchildren, Laurent Ossello and husband Dominie of Bowling Green and Maegan Dorris and husband Cameron of Russellville; and her great-grandchildren, Riley and Emerson Ossello.
Funeral services for Wilma Dean Harrell will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 21, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Vaught officiating with burial to follow in the Green Ridge Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
Visitation at the funeral home will be held Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. and Thursday from 8 a.m.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Alzheimer’s Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
