Judy Galperin, 95, of Adairville, passed away Thursday, Jan. 4, 2018 at Northcrest Medical Center in Springfield. She was born in Detroit, on Sept. 9, 1922 to the late Abraham Rubin and Helen Susman Rubin. She was an office manager with the U.S. Government and was of the Jewish faith. She had been very active in the Democratic Club and an active volunteer with Meals on Wheels.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Adolf Galperin, and her grandson, Aaron Cole.
She is survived by her daughters. Lee Willeford and husband Sean of Adairville and Dr. Caren Cole and husband Emile of Greenbrae, Calif.; her grandchildren, Josh Willeford and wife Lori of Nashville and Aubrey Sublett and husband Bobby of Adairville; and her six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Judy Galperin will be held in Southern California this weekend.
