Claudis Arlene Watkins, 95, of Lewisburg, died on Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2018, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.
She was born Wednesday, Jan. 24, 1923, the daughter of the late Willie Johnson and the late Pearlie Neal Johnson. She was the wife of the late Douglas Watkins.
She was employed by Elkton Apparel and was a member of Elk Lick Baptist Church.
Surviving are her daughter, Darlene Purcell (Lee) of Auburn; her brothers, David Johnson of Glasgow, Russell Johnson of Lewisburg and Truman Johnson of Russellville; her sister, Joyce Chapman of Lewisburg; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her son, Darvin Watkins, and her sister, Arlie Stinson.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, with Bro. Richard Allen officiating. Interment will be in Elk Lick Baptist Church Cemetery, Lewisburg.
The family will receive friends after 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 23, at Price Funeral Home.
