Clyde Blick, 81, of Olmstead, passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at Bowling Green Nursing and Rehab in Bowling Green. He was a Logan County native, born August 24, 1936 to the late Layton Blick Sr. and Lilian Smith Blick. He served in the Army National Guar was a farmer and member of Dripping Spring Baptist Church. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Jean Walton Blick, daughter Debbie Blick McIntosh and brothers Layton Blick Jr. and Glenn Blick.
He is survived by his son, Steve Blick and wife Shirley of Olmstead; special first cousins, Paulette Arnold, Drucilla Moss and Jo Ann Moats; his grandchildren, Kelsey Arnold, Wesley Blick and Kelly McCaleb; and his great-grandchild, Taylor Bibb.
Funeral services for Clyde Blick will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 31, at Dripping Spring Baptist Church with Bro. Jeff Noffsinger and Bro. Donnie Blick officiating with burial in Dripping Spring Cemetery.
Visitation at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home will be held Friday, March 30, from 5:00 pm until 8 p.m. and Saturday at Dripping Spring Baptist Church from 9 a.m. until the service hour.
Memorial contributions may be made to Dripping Spring Baptist Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home and church.
