Morris Lee Harris, 86, of Lewisburg, died on Friday, April 27, 2018, at his residence.

He was born Saturday, March 5, 1932 in Lewisburg, the son of the late Arvin Harris and the late Edna Johnson Harris. He was the husband of 61 years to Nancy Stratton Harris of Lewisburg, who survives.

He owned and operated Harris Garage for many years in Lewisburg and was an avid NASCAR fan. He served in the Army, and was a Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church, where he attended his whole life. 

Also surviving are his daughters, Debbie Wilson (Buster) of Lewisburg, Linda Sue Cropper of Lewisburg, and Veronica Drake (Scott) of Bowling Green; his foster child. Nancy Chick (Rusty) of Lebanon, Tenn.; and his three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by a grandson, Ronnie Cropper.

A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg with the Bro. Albert Clardy and Bro. Tim Nugent officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2018, at Price Funeral Home,.
