Woodie Ray Bilbrey, 77, of Bucksville, passed away Thursday, May 17, 2018 at the Hospice House in Bowling Green. He was a Logan County Native born April 7, 1941 to the late Jay Bilbrey and Nellie Bilyeu Bilbrey. He was a general contractor for Bess Fence Company in Saint Louis. He was an avid guitarist and was of the ChristianfFaith.
He is survived by his brother, Dallas Bilbrey and wife Phyllis of Russellville; his sister, Mardell Huskisson of Auburn; 34 nieces and nephews along with several great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Jimmy Bilbrey, Otis Bilbrey, Gene Bilbrey and Wilbur Bilbrey and his sisters, Ella Ruth Cauley, Altie Loyd, Mable Dowell, Mildred Wilson, Topsy Bilbrey, Pearlie Robertson and Joyce Scarbrough.
Woodie Ray Bilbrey had requested cremation. A memorial service will be held at a later time.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
