Jenell Anderson Belcher, 100, of Russellville, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2018 at Creekwood Place Nursing and Rehab in Russellville. She was born in Logan County on Aug. 23, 1917 to the late Harvey E. and Ona Vira Johnson Anderson. She was employed at Rockwell for many years. She was a member of Bald Knob Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eldon Ray Belcher.
She is survived by her son, Terry Belcher (Sheryl) of Auburn; her sister, Nadine Deberry of Auburn; her granddaughter, Jennifer Jacobs (Jeremy) of Bowling Green; and her great-grandchildren, Jackson Jacobs and Jillian Jacobs of Bowling Green.
Funeral services for Janell Anderson Belcher will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Byron Dumas officiating. Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery.
Visitation at the funeral home will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2018, from 10 a.m. until the time for the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
