Joe Lyons, 58, of Russellville, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2018 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. He was a Logan County native, born May 15, 1960 to the late Willie Thomas Lyons and Betty Margaret Henderson Lyons. He was a self-employed dozier operator and an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by his brother, Donnie Lyons and wife Maureen of Gallatin; his sister, Lynda Kruger and husband Al of Wilmington, N.C.; his nephew, Tyler Lyons of Russellville; and his niece, Mercedes Lyons of Guthrie.
The family of Joe Lyons has chosen cremation and there are no services at this time.
Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
