Patsy Ruth Watwood Harris, 81, of Russellville, passed away Friday, Dec. 28, 2018 at Creekwood Nursing and Rehab in Russellville. She was born in Franklin on Dec. 3, 1937 to the late Roy Watwood and Nell Ruth Watwood. She was a homemaker and member of Post Oak Baptist Church where she worked in the nursery and was active in VBS; she was also a seamstress.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Eugene Harris.
She is survived by her son, Mike Harris and wife Robin of Russellville; her daughter, Debbie Smith of Clarksville; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services for Patsy Ruth Watwood Harris will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019 at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. John Franklin, Bro. Wilbur Powell and Bro. Nick Stamps officiating with burial to follow in Sulfur Spring Cemetery in Simpson County.
Visitation at the funeral home will be held Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
