James Thurmon Crafton Jr., 75, of Russellville, died on Friday, Jan. 4, 2019, at Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville.
Born Saturday, May 29, 1943 in Todd County, he was the son of the late James Crafton and the late Maude Hinton Crafton. He was the husband of Linda Keeton Crafton, who survives.
He was employed by Emerson Electric and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Also surviving are his son, Terry Crafton (Carmon) of Russellville; daughter, Tammy Scott of Russellville; his brothers, Elmer Ray Crafton, Ronald Crafton of Clifty and Jewell Crafton of Russellville; his sisters, Christine Rager of Clifty and Irene Wells of Lewisburg; his grandchildren, Ethan Cole Porter (Kelsey) of Russellville, and Hunter Crafton (Candace) of Lewisburg.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday at Price Funeral Home Inc., located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg. Interment will be in Wileys Chapel Cemetery, Lewisburg.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 5, at Price Funeral Home.
