Charlie Thompson, 75. of Auburn, passed away Monday, Feb. 25, 2019 at his home. He was born in Rockfield, on Dec. 20, 1943 to the late Robert Luther Thompson and Iva Belle Canler Thompson. He was a farmer and worked at Kendall for 32 years and was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Skipworth Thompson.
He is survived by his sons, Timmy Thompson and wife Regina, Michael Thompson and Robert D. Thompson, all of Auburn, and Chris Thompson and Jason Thompson both of Olmstead; his brothers, Ernest Tompson and wife Linda, James Thompson and wife Merle, and Robert C. Atchley, all of Auburn; his sisters, Patricia Epley and husband George of Auburn and Charlotte Roach and husband Mark of South Carolina; and his grandson, Tyler Thompson of Auburn.
Charlie Thompson had chosen cremation. There will be no services at this time
