Harold Glenn Scott, 87, of Russellville, passed away Friday, May 24, 2019 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. He was a Logan County native, born June 24, 1931 to the late Charlie Scott and Adalene Carter Scott. He worked for the City of Russellville and was preceded in death by his wife, Dora Belle Latham Scott.
He is survived by his sons, Johnny G. Scott and Sheila of Adairville and Jeffery L. Scott and Donna of Lewisburg; his daughters, Judy Ramsey and David of Franklin, Dorathy Ramsey and Glenn of Franklin, Nancy Ramsey Burchett of Adairville, and Deborah Allen and Darrell and Kelley Scott, all of Russellville; his sisters, Martha Belle Carter, Sylvie Scott and Lizzie Chambers, all of Dayton, Ohio; 16 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services for Harold Glenn Scott will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 26, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Pastor Glenn Ramsey officiating with burial to follow in Berea Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be held Saturday, May 25, from 5-8 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. until the service hour.
