Each summer, top rising seniors in the state of Kentucky gather on the campuses of three different universities across the state. To be selected for the KY Governor's Scholars Program, students must go through a very competitive process.
We at RHS were proud to have the opportunity to send both Graciann Beard and John Matthew Parrish to Centre University this summer to participate in the program.
While on campus, students pursue knowledge on in-depth topics in their selected focus areas as well as participate in general studies and personal development seminars.
The students indicated the experience was one they will never forget and were very fortunate to have been selected to attend.a
