An evening of dressing up, dancing, games and fun for a special group is being planned again in Logan County.
Night to Shine 2024 will be held Friday, Feb. 9, from 6-9 p.m. at the Logan County Extension Office.
Special needs people ages 14 and up are involved in participate in “unforgettable poem night experience, centered on God’s love.”
In a Facebook post, the church says, “We can use your help spreading the word about the Night to Shine event and recruiting your help to make this event the best one yet.”
The donation of formal dresses for the participants to wear is requested. Adairville Baptist will host a Night To Shine Dress Boutique on Sunday, Jan. 28, from 2-4 p.m. for Night To Shine registered guests. All sizes, colors, and styles are needed. Bring your donations to Adairville Baptist Church Monday through Thursday during the day or after church on Sunday.
The event is co=sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, which was started by the former college football star.
