Community Ed offers trio of courses

Community Education of Russellville-Logan County is offering the following three classes this spring:

Beginning Guitar

This nine-session class will be taught by Charles Crafton of Lewisburg at Stevenson Elementary School from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27, March 6, March 13, March 20, March 27 , April 10, April 17, April 24 and May 1. You’ll learn chords and timing and should be able to play several tunes by the time you’re done. Special class guest will be Brother Travis Bryant. The cost is $90. Just bring your guitar. Music will be provided.

 

Excel

This class, which will help you learn the basics of the computer skill that includes spread-sheets, will be taught by Diane Crawley at Russellville High School on Thursday, March 6, March 13 and March 20, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The cost is $45. Please bring a notebook .

 

One-Hour Bread

Just in time to hone your baking skills for Easter comes this class, which will teach you how to make bread in an hour. It will be taught by Diane Crawley at Russellville High on Monday, March 3 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The cost is $15. All ingredients will be provided.
