The Music Man JR is coming for this year’s Summer Drama Camp!
There will be a free pre-audition workshop on Saturday, June 7 from 10 a.m.-noon at the Old Logan County Courthouse for area students on song selection, dance, and speaking skills for an effective audition.
Auditions for lead roles for this year’s production will be on either Thursday, June 12 at 6 p.m.or on Saturday, June 14 at 2 p.m. at the Russellville High School Band Room.
The full camp will run from Monday, June 23 through June 27 from 8:30-3:00 daily. It’s open to students who have completed the second grade through high school. Cost of the camp is only $10. which includes a camp tee shirt.

“Last year we had 70 kids in our production of ‘Cinderella’ and hope to have that many again,” says Vaught, who has directed/produced several successful youth productions recently.
