Crittenden Drive Church of Christ is rolling out the red carpet to invite everyone to a special Friends and Family Day this Sunday, Aug. 29. Members have been encouraged to ask others to attend the services and meal planned for the fifth Sunday of August.
Services begin with worship at 9:30 a.m. each Sunday. Bible classes follow at approximately 10:45. Usually evening services begin at 5:30 p.m., but on Fifth Sundays, the late service begins at 1 p.m. following a potluck meal in the multi-purpose room. Those attending are invited to all of those functions.
Andrew Phillips is the pulpit minister and Daniel McCarley is the youth minister. The number of youth involved in various activities of the church is impressive. Brian White is the deacon who helps lead youth activities.
Elders are Frank Dockins Jr., Russell Jones, Jim Riley, Rob Sindorf and Charles Roney.
The church building is located off West Ninth Street/the Clarksville Road.
