Several Russellville band students, along with Larry Vaught's 'Polyvocae' choral group, performed a Christmas concert before a large audience on Dec. 11, at Russellville High School's deGraffenried Auditorium.
The evening began with selections from the SES Beginning Band, led by Susan Allpress.
Next to perform were the 6th Grade Band and the 7th/8th Grade Band, both led by Brian Brown.
Mr. Vaught and the young ladies of Polyvocae then took the stage, offering several vocal performances.
The RHS Jazz Band and the RHS Concert Band, both directed by Mr. Brown, concluded the evening with several holiday favorites, including "Highlights from the movie 'Frozen'," which delighted the younger members of the audience.
The RHS Jazz Band will be performing again on Monday evening at 7 p.m. Tickets to that event are $5.
