The Logan County FFA Chapter is always busy planning some activity or getting ready for a contest. But this week is something we like to call FFA Week.

Many may ask; what is FFA Week? FFA Week always falls on the week of George Washington’s Birthday.
The Logan County FFA Chapter has about 300 members total. A lot of time is devoted to practicing and getting ready for regional contests in March. There are about 15 contests that the chapter competes in every year.
What does FFA do for the members? FFA teaches members premier leadership, personal growth, and career success. Bryan Estes and Jay Campbell, the chapter advisors, do their very best to make sure each member is given the opportunity to be successful.
The senior officer team also does their very best to make sure they do all they can to help the members in every way possible. The officer team consists of Wesley Estes, Ashley Brinkley, Nick Stewart, Jessica Brown, Connor Williams, Kelly Eicher, Morgan Hunt, Shelby Blythe, Kenton Howard, and Abby Arnold.
During FFA Week the senior officers put together activities and events that members can participate in. This year FFA week will consist of:
Wednesday the officers will talk on WRUS, Thursday will be elections for the 2015-2016 officers and Friday will be a member breakfast, Muddy Truck Day, and Teacher Appreciation Day.

FFA Week is a very exciting time for the Logan County FFA Chapter, and we would like to thank the community for their support and help to the chapter become so successful. W
