Community college students wanting to transfer to WKU may be eligible for up to $4,000 in scholarship assistance. The application deadline for the Community College Transfer Scholarship is Nov. 1 for spring 2016 admission.

The admissions application serves as the scholarship application.

Renewable scholarships range from $1,500 to $4,000, depending on GPA. Transfer students from Kentucky Community and Technical College System institutions and from WKU Joint Admissions partner institutions with an associate degree and full-time enrollment are eligible.

Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKYCTC) has such agreements with WKU and many SKYCTC students take advantage of the arrangements.

Students transferring from other community colleges are eligible for scholarships of $1,500 per year for up to two years. Awards are based on college academic achievement.

WKU has campuses in Bowling Green, Elizabethtown-Fort Knox, Glasgow and Owensboro.
