On Thursday, Oct. 3, students in the fourth grade from Stevenson Elementary School had the opportunity to take a college tour of Kentucky Wesleyan in Owensboro,. The students had tours of the campus where they learned about current programs, campus life, and a little history along the way.
They also were able to stop at Legion Park for a picnic lunch before returning to school. Once again,
Family Resource Youth Services Coordinator Carol Kees organized this trip for the students in order to provide exposure to the college setting as preparation for those future decisions!.
