The Logan Art and Film Festival will be held Saturday, April 28 from 1-7 p.m. on Carrico Park Square in Russellville. Artists and crafters who have participated in the past will get first choice of booth space. More artists and crafters are invited to participate. Anyone who will have a booth is asked to include a $10 deposit. This deposit will be refunded the day of the festival to those who set up booths. Musicians who wish to entertain can contact Zane Williams to see if any more time slots are available.
