We are having a great time as we prepare our Summer Youth Drama production of "The Lion King The Lion King Jr., set for RHS stage this weekend," which will be performed THIS coming Friday night at 7, Saturday afternoon at 3, and a finale at 7 as we perform at Russellville High School in the deGraffenried Auditorium.
Many elements of African culture are coming together as we see the neat costumes that were loaned to us from SCAPA in Lexington, the striking set that Chris Holloman and his crew are putting together, the sounds of djembe drums, the beautiful chants of Swahili, and the vibrant dances being taught by choreographer Kelly Lewis.
We are looking forward to sharing this unique musical with your family...this weekend at Russellville High!
