Winners are on display in the mayor’s office windows. Other works are displayed in the Chamber of Commerce windows, and in Riley White’s front window.
Pick up artwork at the Artist Reception, which will be held Monday, Oct. 15 at the Chamber of Commerce, 116 S Main St., Russellville (4:30 to 6 p.m.).
