The 2014-15 school year for Logan County High School will start with school registration for returning and new students on July 16 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on July 17 from 1-6 p.m.
In the commons area at the high school, parents will be able to come to the school and complete all necessary paperwork, pay fees, and receive student schedules before the first day of school. All paperwork and arrangements for fees must be taken care of before receiving class schedules. A parent or guardian MUST be present.
For new students, the following paperwork will be required:
Transcript--if applicable
Report card--if incoming 9th grader
Proof of residency with street address-
-no PO Box addresses will be accepted
Social Security card--for KEES reporting
School Physical
Kentucky Immunization Form
Custody papers--if applicable.
By completing all of the necessary paperwork and receiving schedules before school starts will make for an easier transition to the new year. There will be opportunities for students to change schedules before school starts as well. There will be no schedule changes after school starts unless it is requested by the teacher.
