Russellville Area Technology Center would like to invite all current and future parents of Russellville ATC students to their Open House. The Open House will preview plans for the 2015-16 School Year as well as help inform the guest on how the school plans to increase their number of Prepatory /Career Ready students.
In addition, parents will have an opportunity to hear firsthand about the new projects underway in each career pathway. Career Pathways act as a compass for individuals to find a successful employment path at an early stage in order to have a successful career.
“Employers now need more defined employees and can no longer rely on a generalist approach when looking for additions to their workforce. Today’s workforce needs to possess a high level of career knowledge so they can make informed decisions when choosing a career direction and this is where Russellville ATC can help,” says Principal Beth Frogue.
If you want to learn about these exciting changes coming to Russellville ATC, plan on attending Thursday, Sept. 24 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. There will be free popcorn, a scavenger hunt, and door prizes.
