I hope I don’t have to call again tomorrow but I am “calling” now to inform everyone that Russellville Independent Schools will be CLOSED Thursday, Jan. 18, due to poor road conditions caused by adverse weather. We are OPTIMISTIC that we will return to school on Friday, Jan. 19, possibly with a delay of one or two hours.
I would really love for us to be able to go to school Friday.
Please encourage people to check the Russellville Independent Schools website tomorrow for “SNOW ROUTE” info for adjustments to some of our bus routes if we have school Friday.
Also, we will NOT have Academy of Educator Excellence tomorrow afternoon. Make-up date TBA.
