Time is valuable for us all, and this ‘how to’ prepare “A Week’s-worth-of-Meals” (5 meals) at each class may be just what you’re looking for! Instructor Tera Ragland will be sharing recipe cards each night as you bring your “weeks’ worth” of groceries and assemble the meals together. The entrees will consist of a mix of beef, chicken, and pork for Asian, Mexican, Italian, and American cuisines: freezer meals, slow-cooker meals; insta-pot meals, soups, stews, etc.

You will get to handle a variety of reproduction and training weapons while learning the basic guards and techniques they employed.
