The annual Logan County FFA trap shoot was held Sept. 23 at Tim Baldwin’s house. This year around 15 members participated. During the contest participants had to shoot at 25 targets from various angles.
The top five shooters will proceed to regionals and shoot as a team for Logan County FFA.
The top shooters who made the 2017 team were as follows:
Dylan Goodwin was our top shooter, shooting 22 clay pigeons.
Next were Zach Milam and Briar Webb, hitting 19.
Brad Jenkins and Jon-Layton Blick scored an 18 each.
Jackson Reader will be the reserve for the team, since he hit 16.
There was a very good turnout this year and the chapter is looking forward to this year’s team doing well at region.
