Queen Maria and King Tanner head LCHS homecoming court

Logan County High School celebrated Basketball Homecoming Feb. 1, at the high school’s gymnasium. Coronation of the HC King and Queen happened between the Lady Cougar and Cougar games against the Eagles of Clarksville Northeast.

The 2019 LCHS Basketball Homecoming King and Queen are Tanner Morrow (12th Grade) and Maria Wells (12). They represented the Future Business Leaders of America. Tanner is the son of Jim and Joella Morrow of Auburn. Maria is the daughter of Grayson and Bonnie Wells of Lewisburg.

The Homecoming Court representatives are as follows:

FFA representatives— Hannah Price (12), daughter of Denny and Nancy Price of Russellville. Crandal Barrow (10), son of Mark and Holly Barrow of Auburn.

JROTC representatives—Gracie Richey (12), granddaughter of Jessie and Debbie Brantley of Russellville. Eli Brown (12), son of Derek Brown and Wendy Gass and stepson of Douglas Gass.

FCCLA representatives—Alexis Speck (12), parents are Christina Christmas of Auburn and Tim Speck. Wesley Abney (11), son of Michael and Melanie Abney of Russellville.

STEM representatives—Hannah Crutchfield (12), daughter of Glen and Allyson Fields of Russellville. Louis Scott (12), son of David and Ann Scott of Russellville.

Band representatives—Jillian McLellan (12), daughter of John and Susan McLellan of Russellville. Austin Epley (12), son of George and April Epley of Russellville.

Student Council representatives—Blayke Bingham (12), daughter of Billy and Melodie Bingham of Olmstead. Jaden Hayes (11), son of Jason and Kerri Hayes of Russellville.

Students for the Arts representatives—Ava Dill (10), daughter of Randy and Tracy Dill. Evan Monte de Oca (10), son of George and Barbra Monte de Oca of Auburn.

DECA representatives—Cheyenne Nash (12), daughter of David and Melinda Nash of Russellville. Cole Baker (10), son of Phil and Lynette Baker of Russellville.
