The 8th of August Cornhole Tournament will be held Saturday, Aug. 8, at Hampton Park in Russellville.
The singles tournament starts at 11 a.m. with warm-up and registration at 10. Bags fly at 11. The entry fee is $20.
Immediately afterwards, a bring-your-own-partner doubles tournament will begin with a $30 entry fee per team.
Payout for first place is 50 percent, second place 25 percent and third place is get your money back.
Last year, Director Monte Bell had 30 singles players and 20 doubles teams.
In 2019, Mark Shoulders finished in first place in the singles with Monte Bell second and Kevin Bigbee third in singles. Winning the doubles was the team of Brandon Shoemake and Buster Glass.
